Joe concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and the First Amendment. He has over 30 years of experience representing individuals, businesses and financial institutions in real estate transactions, real estate title defense, and civil litigation. Joe received a J.D. Degree from the University of Detroit, and an LL.B Degree from the University of Windsor.

John Ronayne is a partner with the firm Bernardi, Ronayne & Glusac, P.C. John concentrates his practice in the areas of First Amendment law. He has over 47 years of experience representing individuals and businesses and financial institutions in First Amendment disputes. In addition, he has written various articles and manuals and delivered guest lectures on the topic.

RODNEY M. GLUSAC

Rod concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate, and civil litigation. He has over 30 years in representing both individuals, companies, and trustees. Rod received his J.D. Degree from Wayne State University School of Law, and his B.Mu. from Wayne State University. Rod maintains an AV-Preeminent Rating with Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer Rating.
